School of Hard Knocks is an entrepreneurship and business media brand with an established presence. I was brought on to launch and build the Hard Knocks Network, a separate Instagram page under the same umbrella, starting from zero with no existing audience, no brand guidelines, and no outside direction.
I developed the full visual identity, content strategy, and editorial direction from scratch, designing and producing every post, reel cover, and carousel across topics ranging from billionaire profiles to business breakdowns. The result: 16.9K followers in five months and 4.4M monthly views, growing at 100+ followers per day, with views scaling 826% in 5 months through original creative work and no ad spend.
