Hawx Pest Control needed a custom award system for their end-of-year banquet that recognized top performers while reinforcing the company’s strong, disciplined, and achievement-driven culture. The awards needed to feel substantial and elevated—something recipients would be proud to display—while remaining consistent across multiple categories and quantities.

I designed a cohesive set of awards that balanced clean, modern branding with timeless materials, working closely with the fabrication partner to ensure all dimensions, engravings, and production specs were accurate and production-ready.
